Prince of Peace/Principe de Paz will be celebrating the Bible with children on Sunday, October 20th. Any child that does not already have their own copy of God's Word can reserve one to be given our before each service on that day. During the Children's Message at each service- all people in attendance will participate in a "Blessing of the Bibles" ceremony.
In addition- all children 3rd Grade and older are encouraged to attend a special "Bible Workshop" with their parents during the Sunday School hour. Students will learn to use their Bible including how to look up
chapter and verse, how to use tools and charts inside their Bible and more. It will be fun and informative and will include prizes! Advance registration is required.
IF your 3rd Grade or older child already has a Bible, they can still participate in the Workshop and/or the Blessing of the Bibles event. They should just register for the Workshop and bring their Bible to church with them that day.
